On June 6, 2025, Catherine Bruder participated in a mock trial at the OBA program Anatomy of Trial: Keeping Your Cool in the Heat of Trial. Her role was to examine in chief a representative of the defendant insurance company following a fire loss at the plaintiffs’ home, and a denial of coverage by the insurer for that loss.
