Royce joined Bruder Springstead LLP as an Associate Lawyer in 2026. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2025.

Prior to joining the firm, Royce practiced at a plaintiff-side personal injury firm, where he developed a strong foundation in litigation and sharpened his advocacy skills.

Royce holds a law degree from Queen Mary University of London and a Bachelor of Arts, Honours degree in Criminal Justice and Public Policy from the University of Guelph.

Outside of the office, Royce enjoys golfing, playing hockey, and spending time with friends and family.
