On January 26, 2024 Monica Dhanani presented at 2024′s Tricks of the Trade, an annual conference for the personal injury bar hosted by The Advocates’ Society. Monica discussed coverage issues in the context of automobile insurance (UAC, 44 claims, absolute liability, off coverage positions, etc.) including a recent Court of Appeal of Ontario decision in which she was lead counsel.
