On December 8, 2025, Monica Dhanani participated in a panel hosted by the Canadian Defence Lawyers Diversity and Inclusion Committee, where she and fellow speakers explored the responsibilities of litigators in mistake management and shared lived experiences aimed at inspiring resilience, cultural awareness, and perseverance within underrepresented communities in the insurance defence bar.
